NLP is widely known "as the fastest and most powerful vehicle for personal change in existence!" (Psychology Today Magazine)
Whether you’re wanting to move on from past experiences, resolve anxiety and mental health issues, feel calmer and more in control, change habits or patterns, improve relationships, or simply feel more like yourself again — this work is designed to help you create real, lasting change. You will also be working with someone who has real lived experience, which many are appealing to - using what finally worked for her after trying almost everything else. Jessie combines this with her professional expertise (including Masters of Science in Psychology, NLP Practitioner qualifications and more) to help you create the best, fastest result possible.
A different approach
Empower Me Now coaching works differently from traditional coaching or therapy.
Most of the techniques used based on Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and works with the level of your mind where patterns are actually created and stored — rather than only focusing on them at a conscious, thinking level. Many notice results even after a single session.
How it works
Much of what we experience day-to-day is influenced by how our mind has organised past experiences — including our memories, beliefs, emotional responses and patterns.
Even when we consciously want to change, these deeper patterns can continue to shape how we think, feel and respond.
This is why insight or willpower alone doesn’t always create lasting change.
Working at the root
In a session, we work directly with these underlying patterns — allowing your mind to update how past experiences are stored and perceived.
As this shifts, people often notice changes in how they feel, react and experience situations, without needing to force it.
This can support with things such as:
anxiety or overwhelm
nervous system health
low mood or emotional triggers
habits and behaviours
relationship patterns
past experiences that still feel present
Creating new outcomes
As well as resolving what has been holding you back, we can also support your mind in becoming familiar with what you do want — whether that’s a way of feeling, being, or responding.
When something becomes familiar internally, it becomes much easier to experience it in your life.
Why this matters
We often keep creating the same outcomes because they are what our mind and nervous system are used to.
When those patterns change, your responses — and therefore your results — naturally begin to change too.
If something in your life isn’t shifting the way you’d like it to, there is usually a deeper pattern behind it — and that’s exactly what this work is designed to resolve.
Instead of just covering up the symptom, treat the cause of an issue for good. Give it a go, you may be surprised by what shifts.
